We’ve created a place where kids can be active, make new friends, and build confidence while having a blast with their Nerf blasters!

1. What are the camp hours?
Full-Day Camp: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
AM CAMP: Half-Day Camp: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
PM CAMP: Half-Day Camp: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
- Do you offer early drop-off and late pick up?
Yes, you may drop off your child(ren) as early as 8:00 AM, and pick them up at 5:00 PM. Please note there is an additional charge for early drop off and late pick up. Please add this at the time of registration.
For any early drop offs/late pickups that were not paid for at the time of registration, Nerf City will issue a charge to the credit card on file for the additional service.

6. What safety measures are in place?
At Nerf City, safety is our top priority. All camp leaders are certified in First Aid and CPR, and every staff member undergoes thorough background checks and screening.
Our team also receives ongoing training in child behavior support, emergency protocols, and best safety practices.
We maintain a low camper-to-staff ratio to ensure every child receives personalized attention and is always supervised, whether they’re in the middle of a game, eating lunch, or transitioning between activities.
Daily safety rules are clearly communicated to campers to promote a respectful and secure environment.
To maintain a clean space, all Nerf gear and safety glasses are sanitized after each use, and high-touch surfaces are cleaned regularly. Hand sanitizer and wash stations are easily accessible throughout the facility.
We also enforce a strict peanut-free policy—please ensure all snacks and lunches brought from home are nut-free to help keep everyone safe.
7. What should my child bring to camp?
All Nerf gear, including face shields, Nerf guns, foam balls, etc., is provided.
Campers must have their own water bottle, snacks, and lunch. Please prepare your child with indoor running shoes.
8. Are there refunds or credits if we cancel?
What’s your cancellation or refund policy?
No refunds will be issued once camp dates are booked.
Can we change weeks if our plans change?
Yes! If your child cannot attend their originally scheduled week, Nerf City offers a one-time complimentary switch to another available camp week, subject to space availability. Just let us know as soon as possible so we can accommodate the change!

Terms and Conditions
Summer Camps
1. Registration & Payment
- Registration is required for all participants prior to attending camp.
- Full payment is due at the time of registration to secure a spot.
- Early bird discounts apply only if payment is made before the specified deadline of May 1, 2025.
- No refunds will be issued after June 30, 2025.
2. Camp Schedule & Attendance
- Camp runs Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
- Early Drop-off is between 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM, and late pick-up is between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM
- There is an additional fee for before and after care of $50.00 each, plus GST.
3. Code of Conduct
- All participants must follow staff instructions and respect other campers.
- Bullying, aggressive behavior, or misuse of equipment will not be tolerated and may result in removal from camp without refund.
- Campers are responsible for their own belongings; Nerf City is not liable for lost or stolen items.
4. Safety & Medical Policies
- Parents/guardians must complete and submit a medical form before camp starts.
- If a camper is feeling unwell or has symptoms of illness, they should not attend camp.
- Any injuries or medical conditions must be reported to staff immediately.
- Medications must be provided with proper labeling and instructions.
- Trained staff will administer first aid when necessary.
- Meals and Snacks
- All snacks are to be provided by the camper.
- No microwaveable foods permitted.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations after June 30, 2025.
7. Photography & Media Release
- By registering, parents/guardians agree that photos and videos of campers may be taken for promotional purposes.
- If you do not wish for your child to be photographed, please inform us in writing before camp starts.
8. Liability Waiver
- Parents/guardians acknowledge and accept that participation in Nerf activities involves some level of physical activity and inherent risk.
- Nerf City is not responsible for any injuries sustained during camp activities.
9. Parental Contact & Emergency Situations
- Parents/guardians must provide up-to-date emergency contact information.
- In case of emergency, parents will be contacted immediately.
